ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgable. Came to initial interview prepared with prices on homes similar to mine that had been sold in the past year. I lived on the Grand River and had tried to sell my house a few years before with very little interest shown; also that realtor took pictures with his phone and wrote a generic description. Kindle was a totally refreshing person to work with as I said she came prepared, explained the process, showed me stats and through the house asking questions. She sent a professional photographer as well as an aerial photographer to my home; the pictures were amazing. My house was sold five days after it went online. Kindle and Sami kept me informed every step of the way. Always helpful with any concerns or questions I had. I recommend Kindel at the Lucas Howard Group , she is amazing.

He has the best, most positive, optimistic view of anyone I have ever known.When we were in doubt, Josh was right there to ensure us this was a normal feeling, that things would get better, that one door closed because God has another one waiting for you to open. Not only did Josh treat us like VIP's, but he has this sweet innocence that he exudes. His brilliance and attitude makes him an incredible man! What Josh and his team did, was put us first, as if we were the only people that needed assistance, that is how we felt throughout the entire home buying process. I knew it wasn't going to be easy but having that extra support and comfort knowing that we were all in this together made the home buying process that much more accepting. We have a myriad of dreams for our new house and with the grace of God, Josh and his wonderful team, we can now make those dreams a reality. ZillowVERIFIED She performed Her magic in selling the house within 30 days just like She said She would. She is truly a treasure to have as Your Real Estate Agent. The house listed was on Jefferson Ave S.E. Grand Rapids, Michigan. The house was listed in 2018 and did not sell. It is a rental house and would only list it for 30 days at a time due to the renters inconvenience. She had it sold in the first week!

Being a first time home buyer, he made sure that I was taken care of. As with anything, the waiting can be pretty hard, but Rkck made things much easier by continuously communicating and explaining everything in the process. However, he was very patient with us and also very open concerning possible costs involved along the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

I was very impressed with him as an agent and as a person, so my husband and I asked him to help us sell that house when we moved in 2014, as well as act as our agent as the purchasers of our new home.
