In my situation, it can be a LONG process that takes a lot of Patience. Because when you don't know what you really want, or prices are extremely high, you need the time to look, research and make sure it is the right fit. Time and commitment to achieving what you want is what makes a difference between a simple transaction of purchase, to a transaction of a long term dream. That takes partnership and collaboration between client and realtor. This is what was difference here - which I appreciated. Unfortunately for me, I had a real estate investment which I had owned for about 15 years that I could no longer maintain due to some unforeseen circumstances. Lucas and his team were able to help me avoid foreclosure and while a short sale wasnt my preferred outcome, I was at least able to cut my losses and avoid additional debt. In addition, Lucas and Lorena were able to secure a prospective buyer in a relatively short amount of time and without spending a dime at closing.
