Lucas was never pushy, he was always critical of locations we went to see for our benefit to ensure we would get what we wanted. My wife and I never got the feeling we were just a paycheck, Lucas always made us feel he wanted us to find the right place. Even when we went to see some real stinkers, it was worth it because we truly enjoyed chatting with him and will miss that part of the whole process now that we found our home. We would put any member of our family in his hands knowing he would take care of them as well as he did us. We are forever grateful.

Lucas is very knowledgeable about the Central and West UP and I think that this "home town" perspective really brought a lot to the process. Lucas always responded quickly to any concerns and questions I had. His photos of my place really showed its assets and his description was accurate and positive without being hyperbolic. When it came to the paperwork, Lucas made sure I understood what I was signing and answered all my questions. He helped me through the some stressful back and forth with the buyers, and ultimately got me the best deal I could get in a reasonable time frame.
