While in Florida for vacation,a coop became available right near our rental in florida.It sort of fell into our lap. We had no intention of buying but it was too good to pass up. It was a cash only deal and not having a lawyer in Florida, we were apprehensive but Patricia and the title company erased our fears and we closed within 3 weeks The condo was sold as is and even though there was an inspection, we have put in more than we anticipated but I guess it's to be expected when you buy as is. Patricia addressed all our concerns and was always available and negotiated the price to where we were happy. I highly recommend to contact Patricia for your next purchase. If I could I would give her more than 5 stars.

Terrible closing experience with this realty team and title company. Once the transaction was complete they had no interest in helping with any issues. We were lied to multiple times by our realtor at the mph team. Excessive fees, items missing from condo that were supposed to be there , still have not been able to get a key for back door to the place , closing date delayed multiple times, they even misspelled our last name on final documents that needed signed, and this is just a few of the issues we had. They hid a 475 dollar mystery "flat fee" in our offer contact to purchase our condo that was never found until we already had made an agreement to purchase. This was Never brought up , disclosed, or talked about in any way, just added into our offer contract without us knowing. They may have gotten an extra 475 dollars out of us on top of the hefty commission they already earned, but because of this dishonesty and lack of transparency we will never use the MPH team again for any future real estate transactions. Be forward and disclose upfront what your doing and what fees your charging instead of making your clients feel like their been scammed.
