My house went on the market Tuesday morning around 10 oclock and by Wednesday morning we had two offers amazing. She had a professional photographer come in. She walked around my house. Make sure everything was perfect things that I never thought of open the drapes open the blinds, clean out the countertops like I said totally on top of her game. After accepting an offer, some hurdles were placed in the way following inspections, but Louisa gave me great advice, and we were able to keep our original deal in place. Her expertise made this process painless! She and her team will be handling any and all of my real estate needs moving forward!!! UPDATE: Recently I contacted Louisa to purchase a home. He helped me find the perfect house and worked with me through every hurdle to bring me to the closing table and get this great new home!!

She brought a buyer who she had some connection to, and continually gave us incorrect advice to get us to sell to him at a lower price than the market dictated. When there was a problem, she refused to return phone calls. She made promises, reneged on them and her response was ?I changed my mind.? Feedback from other agents confirmed there were numerous mistakes in our listing which she refused to correct. Stay away.
