There is only one word to describe Louisa - AMAZING! Unfortunately, I lost my mother earlier this year and I was the executor of her estate. This included deciding what to do with my childhood home. As I already own a home, selling was the obvious decision. I had a general idea of what homes were going for in the area, but her house did need some work, so I had no clue what it was worth. I contacted Louisa on the recommendation of a great friend, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She and her team met with me and we had open and honest conversations about my expectations and what the home was truly worth. She suggested a sale price and gave me great advice of some things to do prior to listing. A week later the house was on the market. We had multiple offers the first day and a dozen or so within five days. After accepting an offer, some hurdles were placed in the way following inspections, but Louisa gave me great advice, and we were able to keep our original deal in place. We ended up closing well over the list price. Louisa is knowledgeable, honest and responsive. She turned what had the potential to be a very stressful situation into a walk in the park. Her expertise made this process painless! She and her team will be handling any and all of my real estate needs moving forward!!! UPDATE: Recently I contacted Louisa to purchase a home. He helped me find the perfect house and worked with me through every hurdle to bring me to the closing table and get this great new home!!
