Both Denny and Louis from Yellow Door Realty were fantastic! We became part of the family throughout the process of both buying and selling our home. They both spent a great amount of time with us to make sure that all of the details were just right! Their knowledge and expertise sold our house in three days (even before the open house) for much more than asking price! Would highly recommend !

While we were stressing out to find a new home in Alexandria, VA, Louis was a godsend. He was incredibly flexible to accommodate our remote search from Texas for the perfect home. We communicated via Skype, Google Hangouts, calls, and texts- so he's very resourceful. He was also able to be reached during evening hours to ensure communication outside of traditional work hours. What I valued most was the realism and honest feedback he provided throughout the process, as well as the time he takes to get to know us as individuals and not just buyers. This was our first-time buying a home, so his expertise was pivotal to ensuring a smooth and stress free process. After we found our home, it was easier than I could ever have imagined. Louis and his team followed up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to keep us in the loop on what was going on with the home inspection/appraisal/etc. Before we knew it, we were home owners!! To go even further, on our settlement day Louis was so thoughtful to gift us with little mementos of snippets of our conversations throughout the process. I give the highest of recommendations to go with Louis to help you find your home.

Louis Sivak was the best relator we have ever dealt with!! We felt very secure that he was doing everything he could to help us find a house. One that would have what we need for our extended family and be in the right location. He made us feel like he actually cared! And was very good with keeping in touch with the whole process!
