ZillowVERIFIEDSelling a home is such a personal and emotional experience, and we truly could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the process than Lou. From day one, Lou was so much more than our realtor aEUR" he was our trusted advisor, strategist, interior designer, sounding board, and at times, even our therapist. Lou brings an incredible combination of market knowledge, honesty, patience, and genuine care for his clients. He was there every step of the way aEUR" helping us prepare our home, navigate decisions big and small, and making sure we always felt informed and supported. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. We truly would not be where we are today (both figuratively and literally!) without Lou. We are so grateful for everything he did for our family and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED If youre searching for a real estate agent who will literally hold your hand through every step of the process, answer your frantic late-night calls, and respond to texts faster than a teenager with unlimited data, Louis Scrimenti of Signature Premier Properties is your guy. From the moment we listed our Farmingdale home, Louis was there, walking us through each stage with kindness, professionalism, and a level of patience that deserves a medal. He explained every detail clearly, never left us guessing, and made the entire process of selling our home surprisingly stress-free (which I didnt think was possible). At any given moment, whether I was second-guessing our listing price or putting up shutters, Louis talked me off the edge, always with good humor and a calm, confident presence. He truly went above and beyond, right up through the final walk-through, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and smooth. I cant thank him enough for the time and effort he poured into helping our family. If you want someone who genuinely cares and delivers results, look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED Lou scrimenti is a top notch real estate agent. I wanted a house that my wife and i can live in forever. As the summer approached he told us to wait because it was too hectic and we wouldnt get the value deserved cost wise. As winter came around. He called me and said we are ready. Every weekend since that day he dedicated his time to us and pushed to show us every house first. As we approached some houses with lines down the block. He would push us to the front and get us in for first look. He is an honest genuine guy with a family that i trust wholeheartedly. Anyone who works with him is lucky. Thank you louis for an amazing job finding us our dream home. A forever memory i will tell my kids one day.

ZillowVERIFIED Louis was very Professional and honest. He and his Partner Rob Tweedie sold our house for us in Two days. With it being a sellers market we did very well. On the other side of purchasing a new home we really had a very hard time in finding a home. Lous and his Partner Rob showed us numerous homes a we didnt get them due to the bidding wars. However, Lous and Rob hung in there with us to find our new home. They have become family to me, I gained two new sons. Loved them. I would recommend them to anyone who asks if we have an Agent! Thank you, Lou and Rob!

ZillowVERIFIED Louis was great through the entire process. Answered all calls and questions quickly. He was an absolute pleasure. While listing with a much experienced realtor from coach earlier, they were a total failure and gave up on the property immediately, where as Louis just kept on trying offering new refreshing ideas that ultimately led to the sale of the house. I strongly recommend Louis for any home selling or buying needs.
