ZillowVERIFIED Working with Louis was the best decision we made in the process of our house buying. He understood our criteria and needs right away, was easy to communicate with, and always kept us on the loop. Louis also connected us with great referrals to title and insurance companies which turned out to be the best out all that we were shopping for. The most important part was that he handled the difficult sellers and still made this deal happen for us. We highly recommend Louis if you're shopping for a home to save a lot of stress.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Louis from 800 miles away could have led to multiple gaps in trying to buy a property. However, it ended up being as easy as if we were sitting in the same room. Louis handled every aspect of the buying process, kept me apprised of everything going on, and guided me on most of the matters popped up. He went above and beyond to insure I was covered, and that the experience was a good one. I will certainly use Louis for my future real estate plans, and would highly recommend him to anyone else seeking a professional to partner with throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Louis is awesome, this is not the first house I have purchased and Louis is the best realtor I have worked with. I was active duty Army living in Colorado last year. I started looking at houses in Florida and I contacted Louis and told him what I was looking for. Louis sent me new houses to look at in an email every week until I was ready to buy. The buying process was easy, Louis told me everything I would need to do before it needed to be done. I highly recommend Louis, he is a true professional

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were searching for our forever home, and, we had a big list of conflicting requirements. For example, we wanted a large plot of land zoned agriculture that was quiet and secluded but close to shops and major roads. We put off searching for our forever home for years because we honestly didn't expect to ever find anything that was good enough to justify moving and figured it would just be a waste of our time. Almost every week, we'd go on Zillow and discuss/dream about what could be (everything we found that we liked and met our seemingly ridiculous demands were solidly out of our price range). We are so fortunate to have had Louis as our buyer's agent. He stayed optimistic and found us maybe two dozen great homes to view within our price range (and took us to all the ones we wanted to see). On only our third time out with him looking at homes, we found it! A home that not only had EVERYTHING we wanted and more but also just immediately felt like home. Throughout the search he stayed optimistic, patient, and always immediately available. He was the calming force we needed to actually make the move to greatly improve our quality of life. Throughout the relatively short buying process, he became a friend and someone we trust. His advice and expert negotiations helped save us thousands of dollars on the purchase. His quick actions likely helped avoid getting us into a potential bidding war as many were interested in this home (two different people made us an unsolicited offer to buy it from us before we even moved in). I will recommend Louis to anyone purchasing a property in this area. Louis: We truly cannot thank you enough. When we finally have a house warming party, you will be the first person we invite as we owe it all to you. Thank you!tl;dr Louis is awesome! You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking for our first home and a friend led us Louis. We feel very fortunate to have met him and without a doubt his professionalism, knowledge and hard work got us our dream home. Louis offered great advice and was very upfront with potential issues and possibilities, he also helped us plan an effective strategy in acquiring our home as there were multiple competitive offers for the property. In the end our offer was accepted without getting into a bidding war with the other potential buyers. Louis assisted with EVERY step as he provided expert guidance and referrals throughout the entire home acquisition process. One cannot place a price on peace of mind during the home ownership process, Louis's hard work afforded us some "peace of mind". Our experience went smoothly .Louis worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that all agencies did their part to take care of that administrative issue. As first time home buyers we expected to experience the horror stories others have told, however thanks to Louis and his team everything went perfect. I hold Louis in very high regard for the exceptional job he did. He went above and beyond in assisting us and I won't hesitate to recommend Him

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home together and we came across Louis Peters and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have met him. I have met a few real estate agents before and they come off very pushy if not intrusive at some point. Louis is the complete opposite, he's laid back and he seemed almost as excited as we were to see new properties so he made the process very casual and relaxed. During the search process, he was very patient and listened to every criteria my wife and I had on our wish list and he found our new co-op apartment rather quickly and throughout the entire process from search to closing, he made it quick and painless. I would highly recommend Louis to my family and friends looking for a place in Pinellas. ?
