ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time homebuyer, Louis was there to help and guide me through every step. His helpful insights and tireless work ethic allowed me to find the right place at the right price. He was always there to assist in a timely manner and his responsiveness was near instant. I couldn't have asked for more with a realtor. I just wish I could rate Louis higher than 5 stars. Definitely worth atleast 15.

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely unprofessional. Booked viewings and he cancelled them saying I asked him to cancel. Then, later on I found out he didnt want to do because there wasnt enough viewings. Then, instead of apologizing he was unprofessional and rude. Stay away if your time is too priority and if youre looking for professional person look elsewhere.

ZillowVERIFIED Louis made the home buying process a breeze. He was very knowledgeable and always available for my questions. He took a lot of my fear away because he was so comfortable with the process. He was also very personable and fun to be around which is important when you plan to see 15-20 homes with someone. He really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. I could not have asked for a better agent and I would now call him a friend. You are in good hands with Louis and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Louis Goletto came to my door one day. I don't usually talk to people who come to the door but I had been thinking about selling. He was very kind and sweet and smart. Very friendly and always there when I needed encouragement or advice. This was the smoothest and fastest house I've ever sold. I could not believe how he and his partner went way out of their way to make things happen. From the photo shoot where they came over and took out unnecessary furniture and put it in the garage. They came over the day of the first open house and helped with the house. Making it look great! Who does that? I highly recommend Louis and his team. Everything was just like clockwork. There was a lot of support from the company employees. Of course the buyers were a big part of making things move smoothly. I can't say enough kind things about Louis. Not a salesman. He really cares. At the first open house the power went out all day and all night and it was hot and miserable. They came and worked in my very hot and dark open house for the entire day. Such dedication and work ethic is not common. Thank you Louis for everything! I've sold alot of my personal homes and none was ever this organized and well run from beginning to end. Oh I should say my house was sold in a very short time.. less than two weeks. Yay! Had two offers and Louis guided me through the San Diego real estate process. I feel so lucky and happy that I met Louis Goletto and I highly recommend him!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Louis really is the best and I cant recommend him Louis is the best. He really is and we know that because weve been working with him off and on for 3 years to buy a home in a really tough market. Hes not pushy at all, even when wed been looking at houses every weekend for 3 months straight. Hes incredibly responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails and always made time for us to see houses. Not only does he accompany you to all the viewings, but when it was time to do inspections, he hangs around at the house for hours on end while all of the inspections are completed. I'm not just referring to the general home inspection; he met all of the inspectors (sewer, roof, electrical, termite) at the house and hung around for hours while they worked so we didnt have to. On a couple of occasions, we got back some really bleak inspection reports and wanted to pull out of the deal. A lot of realtors wouldve pushed back against our wishes, especially after having spent months up to this point working with us, but not Louis. He understood where we were coming from and even spoke up when he didnt feel like the sellers were being honest with us, knowing full well wed have to start the search process over again. I really cant stress enough how great it is to work with Louis. Buying a home is a huge purchase and an important life event and Louis made us feel comfortable the entire time, never pushing us toward a home or contract we didnt feel good about. I cant recommend him enough.DISCLAIMER: To be clear, it didnt take us months to find a home because of anything to do with Louis. Were picky by nature and we also found it hard to put forth a compelling offer in a market where a lot of buyers were paying in cash and/or waiving the appraisal, which is not something we could afford to do.

ZillowVERIFIED Louis recently worked with me to sell a condo and buy a new home, and did a great job. He and his team did a wonderful job with photographs for the listing and setting up open house events. On the buying side, he helped a lot with the inspection process and repair negotiations, leaving me with peace of mind. Throughout the process, Louis ensured that everything went smoothly, despite all of the uncertainty right now with coronavirus. Closing was on time for both transactions even with a tight timeline.

ZillowVERIFIED You can tell a lot about a person based on who they surround themselves with. Louis Goletto was perfect. His team has been extraordinary. He asked questions as we viewed homes to not only really refine what we were looking for but also to help us really define what we were looking for. He was honest and straight forward.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first buying a home, and I had the pleasure of having worked with Louis Goletto and I am glad I had him as my realtor. Because I am sure for much first-time homeowner and home buyer it can become confusing and almost nauseating, but I was able to call or text Louis with any questions I had and I was able to get a direct answer every time. Both Louis and the Whissel team was able to provide all my documentation on an electronic form to make it quickly and easily accessible to go through documents. I would recommend Louis and the Whissel team every time and I look forward to working with them again and so should you!

ZillowVERIFIED Louis is a phenomenal agent. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He sold our house in less than a week, and everything ran very smooth. He is attentive to his clients, but not overbearing. He has a great team working with him to get everything done efficiently, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future.
