I literally could not have done this without her while maintaining any vestige of sanity. Everything went smoothly from the endless paperwork to the appraisers to the closing. I thought this would be the hardest aspect of settling my dad's estate, but it was actually one of the easiest, thanks to Lorri. ZillowVERIFIED This has been the 2nd time that Lorri has helped us with our home. The first one was the purchase and the 2nd time was the selling of it. Took advantage of the market and nothing better that having Lorri on our side to get a great price. First of all communication was great she was always on top of things and made sure that we got the information ASAP. She helped us stage our home, meaning she came in and brought her stuff, moved some furnitures around and staged the homes in prestine and perfect visual condition. Our home looked like a model home after she was done. Within a week we had offers left and right and finally decided to take the cash buyer and since Lorri was able to list and sell the home quickly, we were not so prepared and didn't think that it would be off the market that quick; she helped us get to stay at the house for 30 days rent free!!! That gave us the time to pack, clean the home, and move out for the new owners. In addition to that, the house was purchased over our asking price...close to 40K over listing price! The best decision we had was to have the right person for the job in our corner and that is Lorri!

Lorri is a great communicator and very detail oriented. She has a very strong knowledge of the market and is an excellent negotiator. She was always available and responded quickly, and perhaps equally as important, she was never pushy. She also made some great recommendations about how to prepare for the sale and it definitely paid off, especially at a time when the real estate market was softening for sellers. There was not a single negative working with Lorri and youd be very wise to contact her if youre looking to buy or sell. She handled both ends of the process for us and if the situation arises, shell handle our next one too. Were very picky and rarely are 5-star ratings across the board merited but our satisfaction was a real as it gets.

It began with selling my childhood home, which sold at what still stands as the highest selling East Long Beach home for square footage. Then she found a beautiful mobile home in Long Beach for my brother and negotiated a tremendous deal for him. THEN!! within a month, she helped us sell my husbands Long Beach childhood home for $80,000 over list price! Ive purchased a couple of condos in the past; this was my first single family residence and my first time working with Lorri. First and foremost, Lorri is very personable. With so many moving parts during a real estate transaction, comfort and approachability are imperative. She is professional, fun, assertive, and graceful, and you just know she is in your corner every step of the way. Lorri has been extremely responsive in a timely manner to all questions. We were never left wondering what she was doing because she kept us apprise of every step. If we had a question, it was immediately addressed. If she said she would follow up, she did. Shes the type of person you love to work with because she is reliable. The home we purchased was built in 1953. Due to Lorris experience and expertise, she wisely ordered a few additional inspections to help ensure that any big surprises would be discovered prior to the closing of the sale. Those inspections revealed flaws, and those flaws led to credits, and, lets be real, credits are nice. Most importantly, though, those high-dollar ticket items are now known to us and we are able to budget accordingly, thanks to Lorris foresight. Last thing - our sellers needed additional time in their home while they found a new place to live. We closed the first week of April. It is now April 21 and Lorri is still right by our side, checking in with the seller, keeping us informed of their progress, negotiating rentback rates, and remaining on top of the transaction. She continues to do all this with the same responsiveness, same professionalism, and same level of care and service that she has been providing from the very beginning. Things continue to be going smoothly and we are so incredibly grateful. Lorri, thank you so much for everything you have done. When I was ready to sell in 2021, she did a great job finding comps and helped me decide a list price. With multiple offers, she helped me select an offer 20K over asking and the ability to rent back the condo since my partner and I werent sure if we would be able to find a house to buy right away, which alleviated a lot of concerns I had. House hunting in 2021 was very competitive, but Lorri helped us find a home that was perfect for us. At each house we looked at she gave good feedback about what was a big deal and what could be fixed easily. After we had our offer accepted, she knew what additional specialists to hire during our inspection which revealed some home repairs we were able to use to negotiate a credit towards our closing costs. She really had in depth knowledge of the area I wanted to buy in. She always responded to every call and email I sent. I feel that she negotiated very well. In this market where people are paying over the appraised value she was able to negotiate under the appraised value. I would recommend Lorri as a highly desired agent in Lakewood.

She helped us buy a place, and two years later (and one kid later) we were wanting a change of scenery and lifestyle. We had Lorri looking all over for us. The draw of getting more for our money had us traveling everywhere... Corona, Murrieta... EVERYWHERE. Lorri must have known wed never actually move there after making that trip back and forth on the 91 so many times when we still worked in the LB area, but she was so kind and helpful that she never said no to our trips out east.
