ZillowVERIFIED Marc and Lorre were both outstanding in everything they did. We were looking for, no doubt, a "special house." Marc never showed us properties that didn't match our major criteria, and it took MONTHS to find the right place. They were patient the entire time. Lorre picked up so much slack left by "others" who were involved in the deal...time, after time, after time...she worked hard to make a very sticky contingency (three residences involved because we sold and bought) deal come together. The lender they recommended also saved the deal on at least one occasion. I have purchased somewhere around 20 houses and rental properties in my lifetime. This experience was by far the most congenial, realistic at all times, and professional that I have ever been a part of. Marc was always totally frank about his assessment of a home, and Lorre was always keeping us informed and giving us all of our options all along the way. We NEVER felt "disconnected" with our agents. If I were buying or selling a house anywhere within driving distance of LRAR, I would call Marc and Lorre. I would NEVER consider talking to anyone else! While most just threw a number out based on what they "thought" the house would sell for, Marc and Lorre researched comps and came with a marketing plan and a price they were confident the house should sell for, and it was substantially more than the other realtors thought. We listed with Marc and Lorre and sold for full asking price in the first week. Had we gone with another realtor we would have left money on the table. It was a complicated sale with buyers selling their home, three realtors and three states involved. Lorre stayed on top of things throughout the process to make sure closing was not delayed. I was working with a different real state agent that made me stop the search because I felt very pushed to buy during this hot market. I asked my lender if I could choose a different realtor and she said yes! She said you will know when the correct realtor is here to help you with the process.
