Lorraine is hands down the best realtor we have ever dealt with. We found her by reading very positive reviews on the internet that were spot on in our opinion. When we interviewed Lorraine to sell our house, she presented herself in a very professional and caring manor. We were impressed to say the least. She assured us that even though we were facing a very depressed market, she felt that with her marketing skills she could sell our home in a reasonable amount of time. We listed on July 30th, 2025 and closed on November 21, 2025. We sold at a full price offer after adjusting our initial listing price. Lorraine was very active with her marketing and we were kept informed with feedback from the showings. She sent our listing information to realtors several times to keep our listing fresh and in the spot light. We are elderly and were downsizing and moving into an independent home out of state.
