Moving a family of 6 with children in different schools from west coast to east coast and closing on two different homes at the same time was an extremely stressful situation . She was amazing helping, reminding, calling, texting, emailing me , dotting the i's , and crossing the t's just being there to get it done. That's all the reason you need to hire Lori. She did such a great job, we had her sell our little house in Gastonia, which was a challenge, but she still got the full asking price. When my husband passed, the house in Cherryville was much too large for me so Lori helped me sell that house. When my fiancA(C) and I decided to buy a house, I told him, we have to call Lori. She was respectful of the efforts and needs of the sellers, but she was on our team, representing us, advising us, walking us through each step in this new adventure for us. Lori recommended houses for us and quickly followed up with information on houses we found ourselves. She was thorough in her inspection of each home she viewed with us, pointing out both positive and negative issues that we would not have known to look for. She has a network of recommendations - mortgage broker, inspector, insurer whom she knew would do a good job for us. She did not push them on us and we did due diligence in shopping around, but her recommendations were great choices in our experience. When I was fearful, she was able to use her experience to calm my fears since she knew which issues were trouble and which issues were normal in the home-purchasing journey. She knew when to advise toward a certain direction and when to say "whatever you want is fine". We felt respected and protected as we worked alongside her. We could not have done this well without her expertise and calm, factual approach.

My husband was getting out of the Military and we had just had a baby when we started looking.
