She patiently answered the many questions we had about the market as well as pricing, comps and also about the selling process. We were blown away by her knowledge and expertise as well as her eye for design. She assessed our home and made much needed suggestions and recommendations about how to prepare our home for sale. ZillowVERIFIED Lori and her team were phenomenal! We had our home for sale with another agent for 90 days, which unfortunately resulted in no attractive offers and a lot of aggravation. It was then that our brother (again) referred us to Lori... he had hired Lori and her team a few years ago when he was selling his home in North Attleboro. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Lori, Caron, and Team was incredible!! Lori certainly knows the market. Lori walked through my house, that I wanted to sell, and pointed out things I should take care of prior to listing. Lori and team came in and staged my house with items she provided. They rearranged furniture to highlight focus areas that allowed them to standout. Professional pictures were taken and rooms plans were created. I mentioned to Lori and team, that I was going on vacation and thought it would be a great time to show the house while I was away. She came in the day before I left, staged the house, listed the property, had three days of open houses. As a result, I had multiple offers prior to returning home from vacation. She was spot on with her recommendations as the closing price was 60K over the asking price!
