n the summer of 2025, we interviewed two agents to list our home. Their price recommendations were radically different so we called in a third broker. We found Lori online. She presented a logical pricing strategy and an aggressive marketing plan to get us the highest price possible. However, the market can change every week. You want to know what changed and how it impacts you aEUR" your agent needs to keep a pulse on it. 4. You want some services that you even never thought about. A. A general overview and directions from the agent what MUST be changed in the house before it can go on market. Be prepared for things as your favorite grandma mirror has to leave the house... A. Staging services aEUR" you can never imagine how a small change as lowering the position of your art on the wall can change the house look on photoshoot. A. Photographing the house for web presentation aEUR" there is a HUGE difference between the average and specialized top-notch photography. The house presentation must be real to avoid losing time and misrepresenting but at the same time stress the best.
