Lori Lynn was referred to me and I'm so thankful for that. I told her what I was looking for in a house, what I needed and what my budget was. For 3 months she stuck with me looking at many many houses. She always had the best attitude and advice for every house we looked at. She would answer my texts late at night if I saw a house that went on the market and I didn't realize what time it was. She would act like she was just sitting there waiting on my text, when the reality of it is that I, by far, wasn't her only customer, however, she always made me feel like I was. Not only did she help me find my house, she also helped me with negotiations in selling my house in another state since the realtor I had selling my home wasn't doing his job. She helped me find and negotiate the purchase of my new home even though it was out of her county and for sale by owner. She answered all my questions, paid for my termite inspection, gave me references when I was looking for someone to pressure wash, paint, fix electrical, plumbing, etc.. even after my house closed, she paid to have some one rekey my locks. She is amazing. I could go on and on about how exceptional she is and how she goes above and beyond. My daughter reached out to her and now wants to be a real estate agent like Lori. Lori gave her great advice and now my daughter starts real estate school in January. I recommend Lori Lynn to all of my friends and I will continue to do so.
