ZillowVERIFIED This is the second purchase I had in Milan NH. Lori assisted me on both of them. Lori is super fast to respond to emails or calls which I love! I had some realtors never reply or took upwards to a week or more to answer an email. In a bidding market you need an efficient realtor on your side. I would use Lori 100 times over if I were buying or selling in the future. she knows the area well, and assists you in every step of the way! Honestly don't waste your time just pick Lori from the start.

She worked with the Re/Max office to find as many possible buyers as possible. when a problem or need -to fill oil tank - she let me know right away. when unable to find landscaper she and her husband &son cut and weed whacked the grass at 100 degrees to be sure the sale went through. I was very impressed with Lori's professionalism and attention to detail and her willingness to do work herself.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a camp In the Northern NH area where I could ATV and snowmobile from the property. I had inquired about a few and I had other realtors that never even return my call. It was very frustrating! My life got turned around and everything went 100% smoother when I got connected with Lori. Lori very promptly returned my calls and emails. It was nice not playing phone tag or waiting forever for a return email. Lori was very knowledgeable regarding the trail system and places to eat\swim etc. That was SO helpful as i'm not from the area. I was able to electronically sign my paperwork which was awesome. If I needed to be at the site for anything such as turning on power Lori volunteered her time even after the closing so I wouldn't have to make the 5 hour round trip drive back just for that. Her customer service extends beyond the sale. I can't think of a more pleasant person who is efficient and prompt, knowledgeable . I would recommend her over and over again, don't waste your time with another realtor , pick Lori.. In this market things get bought promptly and you need someone efficient who has your back .

I had plans with her associate that at the last minute got cancelled and Lori didn't have much time to plan for the houses I wanted to see, but somehow she managed to take me to the ones I wanted to see which took a lot of last minute phone calling and work to see the many I had on the list. She worked hard with my lender making my closing probably the easiest out of all the closings I ever had. She is knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know and should i be in need of house hunting in this area again would not hesitate to call her again!!!
