ZillowVERIFIEDRecently I was in the market to sell my home in Watauga. We interviewed several agents and decided on Karly Resta. The very first time we met Karly, she had an air about her that set her apart from every other agent we met with. She had this energy about her, confidence just exuded from her, we knew within 2-3 minutes of her entering our home that she was the one. Plus she herself is a resident of Watauga, so she was able to sell the city to any potential buyers. She walked us thru the whole process of preparing our home for sale. She had us de-clutter the house so a buyer could imagine their items in the house, not just see ours. She made suggestions of what we should repair, and it didnt break the bank. She had a professional photographer come out and take pictures of the house, and she created a buzz about the upcoming sale, and it all worked. We had 59 showings the first day, yes 59! Overall we had 71 showings, plus the additional folks that came during the open house held that weekend. Best and final was due by Sunday evening, 2 days after we put it up for sale. We had 28 offers, and most were GREAT offers. Karly walked us thru each of the offers, and then had us sleep on it. After we chose a buyer, Karly continued to be AMAZING, she worked diligently with the buyers agent to make this a smooth transaction for all of us. The title company she works with is phenomenal. Karly would respond to any questions within minutes. Just everything about working with Karly has been top notch. We moved to another state, so Karly was not able to help us with buying our next home, but I believe in my heart she would have worked hard to find the right house for my husband and I. I cannot say enough about how good Karly Resta is. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy right now. Definitely give her a shot if you are thinking about selling/buying this year, you wont be sorry.
