That first house hunting trip, she picked us up at the hotel and took us to see a variety of homes. Lori quickly picked up on what appealed to us and what didnt. We saw several homes that were almost right but not quite. She emailed me in Texas one day to say she thought she had found the perfect home that checked all our numerous boxes. We agreed that, on line, it looked like it could be the one. A day or two later she went to see the home and FaceTimed us. Yes, it appeared to be just what we were searching for. We quickly planned out third trip to SLC and made an offer on the house. We are thrilled with our new home!Lori is sweet, competent, smart, thoughtful, generous, courteous, fun, hard-working, committed, efficient, and dependable. Lori was never pushy, never tried to talk us into a house. It was obvious early on that she wouldnt be satisfied until she found the perfect house for us, and that she did in about two months. We have closed on the house and are having some work done, e.g., having the carpet replaced, and Lori is still in touch, willing to help in any way she can. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Lori as their realtor is a blessed person.

Hire Lori.We have bought and sold 5 or 6 houses in our life and Lori is heads over any other realtor -- and we have had some great ones.We came from out of town, and called Lori after looking her up online. She made herself available the next day and she showed us 5 or 6 properties in 3 or 4 different neighborhoods on day 1 and gave us a great feel for Salt Lake and the housing market. Great education without even a tiny bit of pushiness. We were in control the entire time.She took in all that we had to say and showed us the house the next morning that had just come on the market and we bought it. We were first to bid, but there were several more bids and lots more showings coming. Lori navigated that process like the true pro that she is and got the sellers to accept our bid even though we were from the east coast.AND THEN.... We had to return east and Lori handled all the inspections and saved us over $10,000 of repairs to the sewer line that we would have never thought about. What a lifesaver Lori is and was.She followed through on every single commitment faithfully, and then when the property closed, she followed up again to make sure that everything was to our liking. If I have not convinced you yet, I own a business with exceptionally high Customer Service scores. I know the difference of a person who lives and breathes taking care of customers versus someone who does it just because. Lori Anderson lives and breathes customer service because she loves her job and is fantastically awesome at it. Again, don't waste your time with anyone else. Put your faith in Lori. It will be the best decision you make in looking for a new house. And no, I did not know of Lori prior to a month ago. My wife and I feel blessed to have had Lori in our corner

I have not bought a home through Loris efforts yet, but I already know Lori is a great realtor. A great real estate agent has to win your confidence to effectively show properties and to create the feeling they will support you in the buying process through aEURoethick and thinaEUR?. They also must be experienced and knowledgeable. Lori exhibits all of these traits in her dealings with prospective clients.I saw eight or nine properties with her in mid May 2019 in an effort to understand the SLC real estate market and decide if it was a good fit for my wife and I. Lori knew I was not there to buy on that trip, but she nevertheless spend most of the day touring me about SLC, looking at properties, and helping me think about how SLC could fit into our future. She made much more than a perfunctory effort, was congenial, very easy to work with, and through. If we decide to go ahead with a purchase in SLC, Lori will be the person we select, as I am quite confident our experience in purchasing will be like the other reviewers experience, i.e. GREAT!

Lori gave us great advice on different areas of town we were considering - she knew which ones had more potential to grow. As we visited potential houses she was always able to point out details that we might have missed, and could cite the age of the furnace, water heater, and other appliances to help guide our decisions. Lori was extremely efficient, followed through on everything we needed, and made us feel like we were her only clients. Where she really really saved us though was within the week prior to closing! We had already passed our due diligence deadline, and when a major rain storm hit Salt Lake we realized an area of the basement wall was leaking. We were so nervous because we thought there is no way the seller is going to remedy this situation just days before closing, but Lori was amazing in her negotiation skills, she was magically able to convince the seller that they just had to patch the inside and outside of the basement wall... AND she got them to clean out the gutters which had led to the water concentration in the first place. From there I worked mainly with Lisa, who has boundless energy and patience, and a great sense of humor. Lisa was available to answer my questions at any time, and meet me at the house when I needed advice on any situation - from recommending an excellent handyman to discussing the small family of skunks living under my shed (they are fine - they moved out on their own before the home was listed, as soon as the weather got cold and the leaves started turning. I think they likely headed for Florida.). I could talk to Lisa about anything that I was concerned about, and she was always supportive and offered excellent advise.
