Review Lori was a great real estate agent to work with from beginning to end. Shes warm, polished, professional, flexible and DEPENDABLE. We were determined to live in a particular zip code. We were out of state and wanted a move in ready home. We wanted to close as soon as we arrived in Texas. The area we wanted had low inventory. Lori guided us without making us house poor in sealing the deal on one of our favorites (with multiple offers). Were in our home and very happy with our decision. We had to have a real estate agent we could trust considering we were out of state. Lori went to each home we wanted to see and videotaped it as if it was an actual walk through. So we felt as if we were there with her viewing a home. We think this is our forever home. Yet, we all know life can throw you a curve ball. So if we need to sell & buy in the future, we know 100% Lori Fowler we be our 1st choice as a real estate agent.

She never once tried to push us into a home just to get a sale, even after our 20th home viewing, She was still just as patient as she was on the first home visit. You seriously cannot get a better real estate agent than Mrs. Lori. She answered every single silly question we had as first time home buyers and walked us through the process in a way where we actually could understand what was happening and she was always on our side. She made what I hear is a super confusing and stressful time, a breeze for us. I only hope that if and when in the future she would still be around for any home buying/selling needs I would have.

Review After a horrible experience with another agent we contacted Lori because of her excellent reviews and we thought the fact that she donates part of her commission to charity was awesome! We needed to find a place as soon as possible because we already sold out current home and we're having to move into an apartment with out two children and two dogs! Lori had a list of homes that matched our criteria emailed to me within minutes of getting off the phone with her! She was very easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly to every message or text we sent. She was wonderful and very patient with our family during showings, I know it was a little challenging with our 2 and 3 year olds! She was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. We were able to find the perfect home for us and she made the negotiations so easy and not stressful at all. Our kids just fell in love with her and ask to go visit her all the time. Lori was such a life changer for us at a time when we were ready to just give up because of the horrible real estate experience that we had gone through with another realtor. Not only is she a wonderful realtor, she is an even better person!

Review We purchased a house that was foreclosed and bank owned. It turned out to be a complicated negotiation and closing. Even though our personal bank, the lender and the seller were the same bank, she had to work through the different divisions working together. Also they kept changing the closing docs, and she worked with the title company to get that worked out.
