Broker Realtor I grew up in a small farming community in Central Washington working summer days on the farm. After graduation I moved to the Yakima Valley to attend YVC. Yakima was the "Big City" to me. Once I graduated from YVC, I began my career in banking. This experience was instrumental in developing my soft skill with working for a corporation and with the general public. I enjoyed my time in banking, rapidly moving from bookkeeper, to teller, vault teller, new accounts and eventually to Mortgage loan processor. In 2006 I decided to make a career change and went back to Central Washington University to work on my BA degree in Interior Design. This was a wonderful experience as a thirty-year-old mother of a 10-month-old. During that time, I was hired at Standard Paint. I learned a huge amount during this time and enjoyed it very much. For the last 13 years I have been the Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a local Construction company. This experience has helped to further my knowledge of the construction process, QuickBooks (invoicing, payroll, sales tax, ext.) and Marketing. Real Estate is a culmination of all this experience rolled up in one. I enjoy listening to clients about their needs and searching the Multi-Listing Services data base for a match. It is exciting when my clients fall in love with a property and the deal can be completed with all parties satisfied with the process, which can be complicated. I have the expertise to guide my clients to closing.
