ZillowVERIFIEDLori did an amazing job and sold our home in just 2 days! She knew exactly what to do and everything she said would happen did happen! At the end of day two, we had 5 offers and 2 of the offers were over ask!!! I would highly recommend Lori as your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Very detailed oriented, Lori went above and beyond to help us with local requirements that we could not do since we lived out of state. She always made sure her time was our time and her focus was to assist us with finding the property we desired. She also was a big help in ensuring our future mortgage company had the information required and she kept them focused on the closing date. Very personable and friendly.

ZillowVERIFIED She is persistent. She will sell your house !! She also found me the perfect house to purchase. There was a lot of paperwork as I went thru Usda and she was super with it all. I would recommend her as a great realtor

ZillowVERIFIED Lori was very helpful and did her best to find us what we wanted. She found us a home that was almost exactly what we were looking for and it only took us 2 months of searching in a very "slim pickings" market. In my opinion she went above and beyond for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Lori did a marvelous job for us!!! We appreciate everything she did. She even came and got the big trash items the sellers left and took it to the junk yard. I will use her again, when I sell / buy!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I bought a house, thanks to Lori, Courteous, professional, available when needed. She could have better attention to detail and provide clarity for misc. items in the house. We did close the house very fast, thanks to Lori. I would recommend her for your next real state agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori was with us from start to finish throughout our house hunting and buying process. My husband and I have lived in the same home and on the same farm for 25 years in Central WV, so to say we were "set in our ways" and wanted things to be a certain way would be an understatement! We also didn't know anyone in the area we were buying in. Lori patiently showed us many homes until we found the perfect one. Whenever we need a suggestion or information locally her advice is always spot on! We not only think of Lori as a great agent, she is also a friend. We highly recommend Lori.
