ZillowVERIFIED Lori and her husband Matt are the best. They sold me my first house in 2018. This house was a flip for me. My own style is a little on the eclectic side but for resale I knew I needed to take a more neutral approach. Lori was always there for me when I?d text her pictures when I was selecting fixtures, tile, vanities, etc. She was honest and steered me in the right direction. When it came time to sell my house I didn?t even consider going to anyone else but Lori and Matt. They?re very professional and thorough. They are also great at scheduling and communicating. They helped me weed through 44 offers (which I received in the first weekend after the listing went active) and select a buyer that I was really happy with. They?re also quick to respond to all the questions I had during the escrow process and ease any concerns I had. I?m definitely coming to them when I buy my next house.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori and Matt did a great job of listing and selling our house. They have a great knowledge of the Temecula Valley and all the surrounding cities. They helped my wife and I prior to listing by walking he home and letting us know what to change, fix or replace. The photography and video that they produced was excellent. It really gave the prospective buyers an idea of the house prior to seeing it. They were very patient with me during the process as I had never sold a house prior to this and always available to answer questions. If I was to sell another house in Temecula or anywhere else, I would definitely use Lori and Matt.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori and Matt are the absolute best team to work with. We were maybe buyers at best to start, always looking for the perfect home and not settling for anything less. That did not stop the Cutka team. They continued to search daily and send homes that matched what we were looking for on a daily basis. This continued for weeks...which turned into months, for close to a year. Every weekend our family would load in the car and meet one of them at a property across the Temecula/Murrieta borders. We finally found the perfect home and it did it not come easy. From having to immediately get our house on the market, find the perfect buyers and deal with everything it came with, they always remained calm and supportive. In the time it takes to reach a contingent offer, they got us too dollar in an area (Harveston) that had not seen such success before. I will always highly recommend this team to anyone I know because of their persistence and ability to kee grinding. Most of all, throughout the entire process, they always have the clients best interest at heart. Could not recommend more.

I DID not want to do it, but had to. there were issues with the house, he had purchased it via a short sale, and while he had made lots of improvements, it had a way to go. Lori and her team made suggestions, they were gentle with me, i eventually followed their lead, only after proving to myself it needed to be done! Well, we got above asking price and were under contract within a week and a half, highly recommend these folks!
