ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Lori was amazing. Lori was always ready to answer any and all questions that we had and if she wasn't sure she researched and returned with answers quickly. I never had to wait more than 10 mins for a response. My husband and I had a different realtor before Lori and in the span of 2 1/2 weeks, we were only able to see 2 houses. With Lori, we saw 3 houses in one day which is important for the market at the time. Lori was always willing to work around our schedule and we felt like her number one priority. I could only hope that Lori is still in business when we are ready to start house searching for our kids.

My wife and I were actually connected to Lori through Zillow by luck, and it WAS luck indeed. Lori and Kelsey were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were diligent and responsive and did a great job both in person and remote. My wife and I actually moved from out of state to the area during the pandemic, and Lori and Kelsey helped to make the process of finding a new home as pain free as possible. They would answer questions regardless of when they came up and were kind enough to do video walkthroughs of properties when would could not be present. They also helped arrange for multiple properties to be seen in a single visit to the area to maximize our time. We were able to find our new home within a short window and checked every box on our list. It was a unique list as well since we were buying a single home to house multiple generations. To sum this up, do yourself a favor and work with Lori and Kelsey. You will be happy that you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori was realtor for my wife Diane and me, in Columbia, MO. Lori helped us locate and contract for house in SW Columbia, on which we closed at February 15, 2019. We explained our parameters as to price, style and location. Without knowing us very well, Lori soon understood our preferences, and was able to show us houses that were close to our parameters. As we looked at various houses, and declined a few of them, Lori helped us become better focused on our objectives. The house we bought had been vacant for a several months. We made offer and requested some repairs be made by Seller. Seller countered without repairs. Lori approached the Seller's Realtor, and suggested that, for a significant price reduction, we might buy the house "as in". We made another offer that reflected that we would be willing to take the house "as is". Seller accepted that offer, which led to inspections, etc., and closing.
