We met for lunch where she provided me with a 3-ring binder that had tabs to put all important info regarding the purchase of this house, which I feel was so wonderful. Whenever I need to find info on the house I purchased, it's right there in the binder. She is positive, knows the area, offered to help with every part of the process including a facetime walk through before closing since I was in another state at the time. She is amazing!

These two are not only knowledgeable and professional, they are extremely personable, flexible and kind! They dealt with our particular challenges in listing and selling our Gold Canyon home, and made the whole aEURoesellingaEUR?experience a positive thing. We had a timeline as to when our new home would be finished, so it was crucial to list at just the right time! We also have pets, making showings tricky at times! But it all worked... they made it work! On moving day, while my husband was picking up the UHaul, this reality duo surprised me by pulling up in their pickup to move my many cacti and heavy pots to the new house (we remain in Gold Canyon, just a different community), saving my husband the back breaking labor! Lori Blank & Associates is a finely tuned machine that knows all the right places to get your house noticed including tours, radio, magazines, flyers, social media and But they don't stop there, we wanted/needed guidance on how to get our house fixed up after fifteen years of wear and tear. Lori's advice was spot on right down to the paint color which all helped to get top dollar for our home. There's also a third component to Lori Blank & Associates and that is their experience in negotiating the final deal. ZillowVERIFIED This was the 2nd time my husband and I used Lori's services to purchase / sell a house. I have to say Lori is a person that pays attention to all details whether you are buying or selling a home. She actually handled the selling of our house in Gold Canyon and purchased of a new one. Her expertise in the market and local realtor connections allowed us to sell our house the very day we signed he contract to list it. On the personal side she cares about her clients and provides a personal touch to help them through the process. I can give you 2 examples of such help that occurred in our recent house purchase. The day before we moved / closed on the property Lori personally sat at our home so we could have the carpets cleaned and a move in cleaning completed. Then on the day we moved in the air conditioner failed and it was 100+ degrees outside. It was a small mechanical problem, but Lori came to the house personally to make sure we got the contractor to the house to make the repair. I never expected her to be so concerned. Thank you Lori!

ZillowVERIFIED Lori is the best! I wouldnt use anyone but Lori for buying or selling a home. We listed our house in March and it sold within four days with two offers. She knows the right price for selling. She will tell you if theres anything that needs to be done before putting it on the market such as painting, repairs etc. We used other realtors in the past and the house sat for a year until we contacted Lori to take over. She immediately told us to paint the interior walls a neutral color and priced the house correctly and it sold within a few weeks.
