Considering your home is your greatest investment and monetary asset, the most important tip I would give to sellers is to select the right agent. Your agent should be able to describe your home’s most distinctive nuances and be able to inspire buyers. The right agent will be able to market your home effectively without using the usual cliches such as “you have a beautiful home”. The right agent will partner with sellers to find out what they love about their home and why they purchased it. Also knowing the difference between selecting the right pricing strategy and the right price are just a few agent selection tips.

My most fondest memory was with a family needing to downsize due to health issues. We found a buyer for a home so quickly we had to find a condo right away. I was able to find one for sale by owner without needing to extend the contract. I even negotiated possession time to give my elderly sellers time to move which gave the buyers time to wrap up the holiday with their families. It was a win win for all.
