ZillowVERIFIEDWe have bought and sold many homes over the years. Typically we represent ourselves and have had success. However when the market shifted in Continental Country Club we knew we needed some help. Lori came in to the picture and made great suggestions. After the first open house the property was under contract and we had a successful closing. She also helped us find our new home in Continental and we have closed on that one as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Lori to assist me in selling my 5th wheel RV - what had been my home for over 4 years. I suspect she had never assisted in selling one, but she was more than up for the task. But heres the most important thing. Shes incredibly knowledgeable, has boundless energy, unequivocal integrity and has creative ideas - all of which you want in someone helping with your home: selling or buying. Call her You wont be disappointed

ZillowVERIFIED We found Lori through a referral from our local realtor/friend, meeting her via phone and email. Although we weren't quite ready to purchase at the time, Lori was very helpful in seeking out potential properties for us, and when we were able to visit Flagstaff, we met in person and visited several properties. After returning home to San Diego, Lori took the experience she had with us during our short visit to continue seeking homes that even better fit our wishes. When we finally found a potential home online, Lori visited it personally to photograph and describe its features to us, and based on that information, we purchased the home sight-unseen. All through the process, Lori was helpful, responsive and very professional. We highly recommend Lori if you're looking to find that perfect home in the Flagstaff area!

ZillowVERIFIED We very much enjoyed working with Lori Anna as our real estate professional. She was very attentive to our concerns and helped guide us to the properties she knew we would be interested in viewing. When we found just the right property, Lori Anna did an excellent job of making our offer and dealing with the documents through the closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Lori helped purchase our dream home in Flagstaff AZ. An extremely tough market that takes no prisoners. Lori listened to our personal needs and financial situation. It took many hours and a few trips at a moments notice. She made it happen. Her knowledge of the area, her relationships with her clients and peers were the difference. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Lori at an open house in Continental Country Club. We contacted her to help us sell our home because she sold the one down the street for a premium price. Lori helped us prepare our home for sale, got amazing photos, held an open house and sold our home for over list! We highly recommend Lori because she is an expert at positioning, listing and selling homes.

ZillowVERIFIED I used to live in Flagstaff in a particular enclave in the Country Club back in college. Now that I'm retired I desired a second home in that same neighborhood of which there are only about 30 homes. Lori not only made the extra effort to work with me for a year to find me a home in the exact place where I wanted to be, she was able to get me under contract in a highly competitive multiple offer situation. It is so exciting to now be able to spend summers in the cool pines. If you think the market is too competitive to get your dream vacation home call Lori, she will make it happen because she has a deep knowledge of real estate and is also calm and supportive.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were referred to Lori by my brother who had just purchased a home through her in Flagstaff. We had worked with another agent prior and didnt believe that he had our best interests in mind. Lori listened to our dreams and found us a beautiful home in the Country Club. It was a very competitive multiple offer situation and she was able to get our contract accepted. We are absolutely thrilled to spend summers in Flagstaff, and frankly, are still pinching ourselves. We highly recommend Lori if you are considering buying a home, she is honest and hardworking.

ZillowVERIFIED When selling my townhome I was a little nervous because I had purchased at the height of the market and I wanted to make sure that I recouped and made a profit. Lori positioned me so well that I was delighted with the outcome and her streamlined approach. She sold my home before it even went to market at the price I desired. I highly recommend Lori to sell your home if you are looking for a great result and profitable positioning.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been thinking about selling our home for months and sought professional advice. Lori educated us on the process and what we could expect prior to listing our home. We were so pleased with her patience and ability to make something so daunting seem easy. But the best part was her negotiation skills. She sold our house faster and for more money than we expected, plus Lori was able to get us a leaseback for four months after close! We highly recommend Lori if you are even thinking about selling your home.
