ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience working with Loretta was the best and what I would consider the most rewarding experience I had during the purchase of a home. Loretta made the whole process so much easier, and I really appreciated her patience and guidance along the way. Buying a house could be one of the biggest financial and emotional moment of someone lives. Loretta takes into consideration what is important to a family and do her best to ensure all needs are fulfilled, in short, I will definitely recommend her to my family, friends and colleges. A job well done!

Professional, caring, knowledgeable, sensitive to our needs. She was amazing. Sold our house twice. Recommend 100%. Had a realtor before her. It was a horrible experience and she was a breath of fresh air. If you hire her I recommend you follow her suggestions. Best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Loretta went above and beyond when it came to finding a house we could call our home. She listened to all our specific needs, and catered to all our requirements. She was always available to show us housing despite of our busy schedule. As a first time home buyer, she was very open to explaining the process and also discussing the details about each listing. Once the offer was accepted, her team worked closely with the listing agent and the bank to ensure everything went smoothly while keep up informed every step of the way! We couldnt be happier with our experience and highly recommend her in helping find your dream home - just like she helped us find ours!

Loretta found several promising buyers for our home and it sold quickly above asking price. She kept us in the loop from inception to closing (which we were not at). She made our process seemless and easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Loretta was very responsive, and always available to show a house. She assisted us through every step of the home buying process. She also consistently kept our house portal up to date so we could see what homes came up for sale in our area.

ZillowVERIFIED Purchased a house on April 1st Sarah has went above and beyond to where I highly recommended her to others and when I sell my house in the future will be using her again. Made the process easy as possible was more of a lawyer fighting for us because we had a unique situation with issues in our house after we purchased. She constantly stays on top of everything and responds within minutes. Definitely recommend to any home buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first home purchase and Loretta was an extremely knowledgeable and responsive realtor. Whenever I was interested in viewing a property, Loretta made sure I was able to see it in 24 hours or less. She answered all of my questions almost immediately. Her superior negotiation skills are the reason my offer won in a highly competitive, multiple-offer/bidding war situation, and I don't believe I would have gotten my house without her as my realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We decided to have Loretta Liebert represent us with the sale of my mothers house. This was based on our first impressions when we interviewed her. It was apparent that she had the experience and was extremely capable but also because we had a deep and genuine feeling that she had our best interests at heart. Throughout the process Loretta and her assistant Samantha, handled everything efficiently and effortlessly. Then literally 20 minutes before closing we were informed that the buyers noticed a leak in one of the unused bathrooms. The buyers agent was extremely aggressive and attempted to strong arm us into some bad and expensive decisions to proceed with settlement. Loretta and Samantha calmly and professionally helped us work through some addendum language concerning the plumbing leak. We had the leak fixed for less than $300 which was significantly less than the $5K the buyers agent was demanding. It was only with Lorettas and Samanthas experience and care for our interests that we were able to proceed to settlement on schedule. We will definitely use Loretta and her team on any future home sale.

ZillowVERIFIED It's never easy having to move, especially in a crazy market, and as first time homebuyers on top of all that, we began our home search feeling skeptical that we'd be successful. I found Loretta Leibert by searching top-rated realtors in Berks County PA, and she got back to me quickly and was eager to help us purchase our first home. I can't overestimate how valuable she and her team were during the process, from searching listings to viewing homes to making offers, then finally being under contract, and closing - every step of the way, Loretta was there to answer questions, provide valuable information and referrals, steer us away from homes that didn't suit our needs, and advising us on the best way to write an offer that would be accepted. Our third offer was accepted, everything we wanted and right on budget, and within 55 days of our first contact, we were homeowners! You have to admit that is impressive in 2021 real estate market! Thank you Loretta. If you need a great home in Berks County, look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm this sellers market, we did not expect to be able to find and purchase a home. Luckily for us, Loretta made it happen. When we found our house, Loretta immediately started making phone calls and working on our behalf to begin the process. The only reason we are now in our new home is because of Lorettas expertise. Thankfully, she was on top of absolutely everything! While buying your first home can be stressful, I was at ease knowing that she was working faithfully for us, doing everything to ensure our success in buying our home. I'm so glad we found Loretta and I will recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to start when talking about how amazing Loretta is. I actually looked forward to spending time with her through all of this. She goes above and WAY beyond what you would expect a realtor to do. She has a ton of clients and deals going at any one time, but she makes you feel like you are her first and only priority. No one, in any industry, is able to do that well, but she literally kills it. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime. Thank you SO much for being freaking awesome, Loretta!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Loretta a million stars, I would do so. So many great things can be said about her and her entire team. Loretta helped me sell my home and then also helped me purchase my forever home. I had so many questions, and Loretta was just a phone call or text away every time. She was quick to respond and put my mind at ease on many occasions. Her individual attention to her clients is superior, and she truly cares about her clients and wants the very best for them. She is someone you can trust and expect the very best from. I had a specific house in mind when looking at homes. I was very picky coming from a house that was over 100 years old. Loretta and her team showed me so many houses and didn't even bat an eye. Loretta respected my wishes and would not settle for anything less than what I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable and is also well respected in the real estate business. I had quite a few other real estate agents tell me that I was in great hands working with Loretta. This is definitely the kind of thing you want to hear when you are making the biggest purchase of your life. Thank you Loretta and team for all of your hard work, dedication, attention to detail, and for always being in my corner ever step of the way on my journey to finding my forever home! You are the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED Loretta advised me throughout the entire process of selling my home. She reviewed my finances, advised me in the pricing, staging of my home, posting pictures on the internet, reviewing offers and so much more. Loretta was always available to answer questions and guide me through what needed to be completed. I was able to reach her easily through email or text. Her personality is very uplifting and always kind. There were times I felt overwhelmed with the process. She assured me all was well and going to be fine. I recommend Loretta to sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Loretta was a true blessing for us. After speaking with Mark Newcomb (also amazing) of Berkshire Hathaway's Homesale Mortgage, Loretta was assigned to help us find our first home. Loretta (and Mark) have been so easy to work with. They find you EVERY option, work all hours of the week, and have the utmost patience for questions and concerns. I absolutely cannot wait to work with Loretta and her team again.

ZillowVERIFIED We werent sure what to expect when we decided we wanted to try to sell our house during a pandemic. Talk about a breeze!!! Loretta made the entire process go so smooth and simple, I can honestly say we were not stressed once in the process! She was in constant communication about what to expect when and determining what to list our house at. We met with Loretta at the beginning of the week, by the end our house was photographed and listed. Within a week of that we had accepted an offer on our home. From there Loretta took the lead on closing as we were out of town, we fully trusted her to handle our settlement and the process went so smoothly! If we could give her 10 stars we would!

ZillowVERIFIED Ours is a unique situation. We didn't meet Loretta until our realtor had to step down and she asked Loretta to step in for her. Loretta has quite a few folks working for her and not knowing us, could have easily turned us over to one of her team. But she didn't. She reached out personally and from the start it was obvious that our realtor had put us in great hands. She and the rest of her team, took on our property as if we had been with them from the beginning. She was professional and knowledgeable and handled the challenges that came with selling our property with ease. She responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner and kept us informed every step of the way. She was pleasant and easy to work with and we look forward to working with her again in the near future. We were very impressed and would highly recommend her and her entire team for all your real estate needs.
