ZillowVERIFIEDLorenzo showed and explained a full detailed introduction about himself and his overall experience in the Mortgage industry . He?s not only a Realtor! He?s also a Notary and Loan Officer which is a plus because he has the knowledge to provide feedback of potential buyers for my home. I didn?t need to do much on my end, he took care of everything and was on top of everything making sure the sell was going smoothly. He made it easy and was a stress reliever on my end. Lorenzo responded quickly to my questions via email and text. He?s organized and detailed and shows examples to help understand things better. I definitely recommend Lorenzo as your Realtor, especially if you are a plan ahead, organized, expects great communication and busy individual like myself!!!

No one knows better than him how much help I actually needed. Lorenzo made so many trips to my house to especially help me with this darn computer. I actually have turned or turned away from these Helpfull tools. Lorenzo would always put me at ease by saying NO WORRIES, Ill take care of it. What a wonderful man!!! If I ever need a realtor again I definitely will be calling on Lorenzo. He is the BEST. Thank you Lorenzo.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and were very pleased to work with Lorenzo. He was soooo very patient with us. He gave is time to look at homes and he was well informed in detail about the areas we were looking at as well providing in depth information about future upgrade considerations. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in the contractual side of the negotiations and I felt that we were in great hands. Lorenzo looked after our best interests during the entire process of owning our own home, from start to finish. If you want honesty and knowledge then youll want Lorenzo in your corner and at your side.
ZillowVERIFIEDLorenzo is the best! I worked with him a year ago looking at a possible rental in the area to be close to my dad whose pushing 90, he was knowledgeable and most gracious, spent an entire afternoon showing me a few houses. I took up a lot of his time but didn?t make the move, but kept his card because I liked the way he treated me. A year later, I decide it?s time to just buy a house in Menifee and Lorenzo was the first person I contacted! We had to look at a few before we found something suitable, houses are so hot out here, if you don?t jump on it ASAP, you just don?t stand a chance! He helped me get the right offer in, it was accepted and he also was very knowledgeable with finding the right loan at a ridiculously low rate. We had a few hiccups along the way since the house I bought was in probate but he persevered through all the issues and made sure I was able to finally sign the docs and move in. He?s the best! I even had a small issue with faucets to connect my washer to and he even came out same day and installed new ones for me! He is an absolute professional and can handle your home purchase from A to Z including finding the best loan.
ZillowVERIFIEDLorenzo was great to work with. He was always available when we needed him. Lorenzo is very knowledgeable regarding the process involved in buying a home. He made our new home purchase a breeze! If I ever need a realtor he will be my go to guy.
ZillowVERIFIEDLorenzo was great in every aspect of my home purchase. He was always attentive and conformed to our schedule. Very professional and patient. He was very detailed on every property we saw, and ensured we were always informed. He always gave us options in dealing with our loan officer. Highly recommended if you want a great realtor fighting on your side.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a great experience working with a true professional like Lorenzo. He was fully engaged in the process to help us find the right home for us. Not once did we feel pressure to make a decision. We spent approximately 3 months searching for homes and when we found the one, he was sure to look out for us by being proactive with inspections and was transparent in his findings. You could tell it was about the service not the sell! He negotiated a solid deal helping us keep kitchen and laundry appliances, a new pool pump and home warranty. I can go on and on but button line a world class service. If you are looking for a great realtor that will look out for you Lorenzo is your guy !
ZillowVERIFIEDFinding a real estate agent who is honest, kind, and a real go-getter is quite difficult. Lorenzo Villafranco was our agent, and I can say with confidence that he is all three of these things. From the time prior to making the offer and all the way until our home closed escrow, he exuded confidence and knowledge, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He was readily available at all times. I highly recommend Lorenzo for your buying or selling needs. He will ensure that your deal closes swiftly and with integrity!
