She rented my apartment in 3 week, the tenant, Mr Abuawwad signed the lease on the 04/26/18, but on the 05/08/18 he decided not move because according to him he cant live in a mix race neighborhood due to his "religious". I turned down Various qualify tenants because we signed a contract with him , that was the reason we kept one month rent. LORENA, charged her fee because she completed her job , by looking for the right apartment for him, showing the aparment, negotiaing the lease terms and writing the contract for us which he agree and signed. After Mr.Abuawwad decided to break the contract Mrs. Lorena Espaillat intermediate on behalf or Mr.Abuawwad so can receive his deposit even though he was no entitle to it because he broke the contract. Lorena, you really are a problem solver mindset, self-motivated entrepreneur, honesty and integrity with engaging personal attention to detail, and understanding the local housing market.I strongly recommend her.Thank you
ZillowVERIFIEDMy lease was incomplete but I paid her broker fees and security deposit for an apartment that we later didnt like due to her bad knowledge of the area were moving to, one day before moving in we discovered that the location of apartment wasnt a good neighborhood, We then decided not to move in. Lorena decided shes keeping the total amount of $3800 which until today I'm asking her for the money and she wont give it back.
