Hiring Lonnie was hands down the best decision I made! He arrived to the listing interview preparedaEUR"he had a detailed Market analysis of the comparable homes in Woodland Hills, a thorough presentation of his marketing plan and a strategy to ensure we got top dollar for this Trust sale. The amount of preparation he did PRIOR to arriving to the interview reflected his drive to secure the listing, his commitment to his client and was a foreshadowing of how dedicated he would be to this listing. The suggestions he made to prep the home for sale made the house a showpiece and he created a beautiful portfolio of pictures and video to accompany the listing. Lonnie walked me though every step of the process and was always available for questions; he simplified the minutiae and gave a clear outline of all offers and their specific terms. Lonnie is a contract specialist and also serves as a mentor to new realtors in the field, so he has extensive knowledge in the terms of a contract, the fine print, and negotiation tactics. This is the second time I have used Lonnie as my realtor and I highly recommend him. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field & market, and he is very professional, helpful, supportive, calm, and kind. He is always available and responds quickly and thoroughly. He just gets things done (and as stress free as possible). The seller market isn't great right now, but he got my house into escrow within 30 days while comparable houses are still for sale.
