    As a buyer looking for land, she gave poor follow up, didn't do leg work on qualifying my needs after I gave her my requirements. Sent me generic list that most didn't meet my specs on least amount of acreage and area location, things important to a purchase, ask for better list, received no reply, for this I chose not to let her represent me.

    Lonna is very honest and professional. She was always on the ball and very helpful when it came to selling and buying houses. She kept me updated on the new houses and would meet me any time to look at one. She was always very responsive when it came to my thousands of questions and answered them accordingly. I would recommend Lonna to everyone looking for a realtor as she does her job extremely well and is very knowledgeable.

    When we first began our home search, we contacted the listing Agents on the three home we were interested in looking at and Lonna was the first to get back to us. I was traveling a lot during this whole process and Lonna was very accomodating of my schedule when I wanted to view a property.The process of purchasing this home was a bit of an ordeal with numerous setbacks requiring several extensions and finally a Contingency. Lonna was very supportive and encouraging and went over and above what we expected of her. She was even at our closing to support me! My husband was unable to be there. I do not recall ever having our Realtor present at a closing before. I hope we do not have to move again, but if we do and would stay in the local area, I would certainly engage Lonna as our Realtor again!Lynn Wright
