ZillowVERIFIEDLondon recently helped us sell a second home. It was not an easy house to sell, but London got it done. The depth of expertise, experience and technology that she brings with her is really impressive, and London was great to work with from start to finish.I would highly recommend London and Land or Lake realty do anyone who is selling a property or looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Has a great marketing plan and uses all resources available to advertise. She provided us with a folder on our initial meeting containing statistical data and pictures with comparisons of other properties. All forms are automated and has the knowledge to assist clients on using them. London has one of the most efficient, superb assistants. She is very professional and stays on top of all aspects and communicates to clients accordingly. Most important she sold our property within three months after listing. Previously it had been listed for 15 months with other realtors. We highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but good things to say about London Scialdone. She helped me locate and purchase my dream home in the historic district of Salisbury. She was patient with me and honest in all her advice. When my house went on the market, she helped me negotiate the best price and was with me through every step of the purchase. She is the best broker I have ever met. She is responsive and knowledgeable. I could not have made this move without her. I am grateful that she was my agent. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a home in Rowan county and the surrounding area.

When I asked for advice, she was honest about each home and what was involed in to buying the home. When I decied which one then she worked very hard at getting our bid in. ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to London by a friend of mine and I am so thankful. London and her assistant both impressed me upon meeting them both. Their knowledge and professionalism was very impressive. London assisted my husband and I with selling our home which saved our credit. We thought our home was going to foreclosure as it was listed with a previous agent as we were unaware of London. Fortunately we signed with London and our home was under contract within approximately 2 1/2 weeks! She is a polite, knowledgable agent and I will always recommend her to anyone I know that is in the market to buy or sell a home. I cannot say enough about her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED London was astounding! We had the pleasure of working with London as a duel agent, she maintained integrity and worked with both the seller and ourselves. She is the most knowledgable and professional agent/brokers we have ever worked with, and my wife is a prior agent herself. It is with true pleasure that we had the opportunity to work with London!

ZillowVERIFIED London was awesome when it came to our buying land on High Rock Lake. She was patient and never lost interest in our goal to find property and build here. London went the extra mile to help us find lawyer, bank, builders. Everything from A-Z. Can't recommend her highly enough and would use her in the future when the need arises.

ZillowVERIFIED London did an amazing job helping us to find our home on the Lake! She was very kind in that she took us from listing to listing by BOAT! The day was very enjoyable for our whole family and it was businesslike as well. She was also available at short notice to show us additional listings. From contract to closing, things went like clockwork. Truly, you won't be able to find a more knowledgeable/hardworking agent - and she is fun to be with too!

ZillowVERIFIED London is the Realtor handling the sale of my home. I am greatly pleased with the job she has done in the short time that she has had the listing. She has brought me more potential buyers in the two months she has had the listing than I had altogether in the previous fourteen months. London is wonderful to work with, has given me many tips to make better showings, and in general is just a very nice person.
