The brochures that she had done up were very professional and showcased my home to the best advantage. Lona is very knowledgeable about the homes in the area and was able to pass this on to prospective buyers. She paid attention to the littlest detail when having open houses, which she had as often as I wanted. When it came time to negotiate with the buyer she made it seam so easy and worry free. I would highly recommend Lona as she would work hard for you if you are selling a home or if you are buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Lona was referred to us by friends who live in Sun City West as the best agent to help us find a new home. I made a trip in January of 2016 to Sun City West, AZ to preview some homes of interest. I met with Lona who provided all the info we needed regarding each area of the community, allowing us to narrow our scope. In early April of 2016, we listed our home in CA for sale. It went into escrow within 30 days so we were under the gun to find a new home. We found 12 homes on the Long Realty and Zillow websites that we wanted to tour. We made an appointment to drive in and meet with Lona. She mapped all the properties we wanted to see so that there would be no wasted time! We made an offer on the last home we saw and then got back on the road to CA. As we were pulling into our driveway (only 5 1/2 hours later) we received word that our offer was accepted. Lona acted on our behalf during the inspection process and in every other instance needed. We were able to sign most of the documents via Docusign, which is a blessing when you live out of town. Lona is professional, caring and works to make the buying process as painless as possible. We were so happy with Lona that when my parents decided to sell their home in Sun City West, Lona was our first and only call. In fact, they just signed their listing documents today. We did purchase a home with Lona in June 2016 in Sun City West. We moved permanently to AZ in September 2016. Lona is so knowledgeable about this area. I don't think we asked any questions that she couldn't answer quickly. She was able to help us to get a mortgage approved & closed within three weeks. We loved working with her. My father was faced with health issues and simply did not want to relocate. Lona is an experienced real estate professional who is extremely knowledgeable with the Arizona housing market. Selling a home long distance is not an easy task. The circumstances involving this move were very difficult, at times overwhelming. An inexperienced real estate representative would have crumbled under the pressure. This is where the professionalism and expertise of Lona kicked in full throttle. As a buyer, I really appreciated her vast knowledge of the community and the many different home models. When Sun City West was being built by Del Webb, she worked as a sales agent for them. That meant she had to know the details about every new home model that was for sale at the time. So now, Lona can advise her clients about the features and shortcomings of any house in the community. She also has extensive contacts with lenders and repair/remodeling people, which is a great resource for people new to the community.
