Lois met with me at my residence, provided me with insight of what inexpensive improvements I could do to make the home more appealing such painting a room and a few small fix-its. She posted pictures within four days, all prospective buyers scheduled visits through a web-site and had access through a lock-box. The house had 2 offers, was sold in 18 days and closed 30 days later!! Lois was reliable and very down to earth. She was easy to talk to, provide valuable insight and suggestions to assist that the sale proceed smoothly. My husband and I just being married and bought our first home together, we had to sell our single homes to avoid three mortgages, It was just wonderful to have her represent my home that was 40 miles away from her office and put forth the needed attention to get it sold and sold quickly. I would not think of anyone else to suggest for a real estate agent.

She was very easy to talk to, she did not ask me to sign up as her client right away, just offered advice and the willingness to help should we need her in the future. I started to find homes to look at and Lois was more than happy to start showing us homes. She seemed very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, and gave valuable feedback on schools and communities. She also gave important tips on how to market my home as well. After about a year, we found our dream home. Lois was there for the inspection and very helpful getting us into contact with local inspectors, contractors etc. that could help us. She was great during our negotiation process and helped us get our home at a more fair price. I never needed to hesitate to call at any time with a question or concern. I always felt very comfortable dealing with her. Lois was always responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. Lois even found me 2 beautiful condos to rent, when I was in need of short-term housing. I cannot say enough positive things about Lois' style, and way of working. She becomes more like your "realtor consultant" than an agent. There is never pressure, or opinions given, unless, of course, you ask her what she thinks! I do this, because I not only trust her knowledge, but her instinct is proven to be accurate. Lois takes the time you need as a buyer to find the right house for you.
