My mom and I bought a property in Jacksonville from all the way across the country, but Logan made us feel so taken care of, so welcome and so safe, we never worried about anything. We had three back-to-back closings, and not one thing went wrong. Logan and his team made sure that no detail was missed, that we were apprised of every part of the property, that we knew every moment that he was coordinating inspections (etc., etc.!) for us - we felt like we were in total control even though Logan was doing most of the footwork. Logan was also the realtor for my fathers home in Phoenix, and my dad says that Logan feels like family - high praise, indeed. Logan is unbelievably hard-working, trustworthy, intelligent, and kind - we truly cannot recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Logan is just the best! we had only been looking for a home for a total of 2 months! we met Logan in the beginning of December and closed at the end of February, with luck and determination from all fronts. we had a very low price point and it was looking bleak. we were the first ones to go see our house and the first offer in. without him being aggressive and taking the time out of a very busy day on short notice, it would have been gone for sure. we went to look and put in an offer that evening. It was accepted and Bob's your uncle. Not to mention it was just fun working with him and we plan on inviting him to the housewarming! i hope everyone can say that about their realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Ive worked with a half dozen or so realtors in my life, and even spent some time working in the commercial real estate development field, so I would certainly say that I am experienced. With that being said Logan is an absolute pro! He was prompt, courteous and punctual. He sent listings that matched my criteria (after a little fine tuning) very well. During showings he listened intently for ques about my thoughts on a property, he gave me his thoughts and future insight of valuation potential. When we finally found the perfect house he killed in on the negotiating. Logan obviously has tremendous experience and it really shined here, he took me very seriously and never once made me feel like I was not important to his business. Very efficient in his follow up with calls, emails and text, often taking my calls outside of business hours and always with a smile on his face! The level of professionalism and expertise in the industry was unmatched to individuals who had decades more experience. His team took beautiful pictures of our house and did a great job of drumming up interest before the open-house. He always makes everything so easy for us and he never tried to up sale us on houses. He could have sold us houses that were more money but he didn't because he isn't about comission, he is about making his clients happy even if that means more work for him. Even after our house has closed he is still checking in making sure everything is good, and if there are issues he is on the phone making sure things get fixed or questions get answered. He went above and beyond or expectations by researching all homes we were interested in and searching for homes that weren't quite on the market yet! He was able to sell our house for just under our initial asking price and he found us a great new home in the middle of our budget in Eagle Point and was able to negotiate a new exterior paint job and a new 30 year roof at the initial offer price! Logan seems very comfortable dealing with VA loans and knows quite a bit about then. The experience was great, Logan was great and we made a good friend out of it all!

Coming from selling a very nice home at $81 @sq ft. to $200 was overwhelming. Logan was very helpful in setting us up with a lender and assured us he could get what we wanted in our budget. Logan kept us informed daily on new listings and what would best fit our needs. Several times we wanted to make offers, but was advised against, again stating be patient. Well almost four months later, we found our retirement home with a nice piece of property! Never made me feel like we were bothering him even though I am super picky and indecisive and constantly asking about different houses ?? We even withdrew an offer on a house because the monthly payment was a lot higher than expected due to property tax. He never rushed us and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for! Our broker was not always on top of the ball but he did everything he could to get them to stay on top of things as well! He helped when the house appraised for lower than the seller was asking to negotiate. It was all a learning process and I have no doubt that his diligence, wisdom and great personality made it possible! We are so happy with our purchase!!

ZillowVERIFIED Logan let me down, when my co-signer was not able to co-sign for a loan, Logan stated he wouldn't be able to help me, that there were no homes in my price range. It was his loss, I did find a house in my price range just two months later thanks to a realtor that wasn't willing to give up on me.
