ZillowVERIFIED Logan was very helpful in helping us find a home. We are moving from 15 hours away and had no knowledge of the city or the neighborhoods. He dedicated an entire weekend to look at houses with us when we were able to fly into town. Logan was able to help us find a neighborhood that we liked within the price range we wanted. During and even after closing, he has been extremely helpful in navigating this process. Due to COVID-19, we were not able to come into town for the closing. Not only did he help us hire someone for the walkthrough, he also helped us close remotely. He even went to check the mail for us since we could not come into town! ZillowVERIFIED I found Logan after dealing with three other real estate agents who could not make time to show me properties in the evenings. Logan was able to show me properties based on times convenient to me (even going as late as 8pm on some evenings) and I appreciated his quick responsiveness to the inquiries I had on particular homes. In this market, speed is everything and with Logan I never had to worry about missing out on getting my offer in since he would work late hours to get the paperwork together and ready for my signature. Logan was also very helpful when it came to pointing out certain details in each home that would be of importance to me when deciding whether or not I wanted to put in an offer. Being a first time home buyer, I would have overlooked so many things but Logan educated me along the process and truly showed that he cared about me finding the property that met if not exceeded my expectations. With Logan's help, I was able to purchase my first home and I can honestly say that I am happy with my purchase and with how smooth the process was!

When we saw the house we ended up buying it had been on the market for 4 hours and we walked in with Logan. Next day we had a offer before the house had an open house.
