ZillowVERIFIED Connected with Logan through zillow and was contacted immediately to set up an appointment to understand my situation, needs, and goals. He showed up prepared to discuss and answer every single questions and concern I had; good, bad, or ugly. he walked the home/property I was selling and gave recommendations on how to make the sale go as smoothly as possible to attract prospective buyers, appease inspectors, and appraisers. The entire process working with Logan, from start to finish, was one I am already looking forward to doing again as soon as possible. No matter how many calls or texts, or the time of day, he responded timely and thoroughly with pros and cons of any ideas I wanted to run by him, and gave his own advice based on his experience. His knowledge of this business and how easy he was to work with is something you will recognize as soon as you meet him. 10/10 review here. Will recommend him to anyone that shows interest in buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Logan was by far the friendliest, and most knowledgeable, realtor we worked with in our home buying process! While showing us through houses, he explained every aspect of what was going on, as well as what to look for when checking out a house without being sucked in by fancy counters.

ZillowVERIFIED Logan was an amazing agent to work with. I was a first time homebuyer a couple week ago, and had never even lived in the state before. He helped me through the process of home-buying on a level where I could understand everything that was happening, and I knew what to expect at every point. Moving from another state, he went out of his way to take videos and extra pictures for me the very same day I reached out to him from New Mexico. He was extremely kind and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get the best deal. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with Logan and the professionalism that he brought! 10/10 rating!

ZillowVERIFIED Logan was a huge blessing in my home selling experience. There were a few obstacles that were stacked up against me and at a time I thought the process was going to be mission impossible. Logan came in and made everything effortless every step of the way and my home sold quicker than other homes that were in the same neighborhood and had been on the market much longer!

ZillowVERIFIED Logan was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and always responded quickly, even over a holiday weekend. Our inspection was done the day after Thanksgiving and he kept us in the loop, made recommendations and even wrote up the document asking the seller to fix some things, all while out of town with his family for the holiday. He went way above and beyond to get things done in a timely manner so we could close on time. I would highly recommend Logan.

ZillowVERIFIED Logan was amazing! We were geographically separated from the location and Logan ensured we still got the full experience of a walkthrough by sending us multiple videos of houses we were interested in. Not only did he take the time to show us the houses, his commentary on all of the videos was thorough. This is just one example of the ways that Logan went above and beyond as a Realtor. We really felt like our priorities were his priorities and that was so helpful and comforting during what should have been a stressful process.

ZillowVERIFIED It took us about 9 months to get our home 9 months of keeping our realtor insanely busy and yet he never complained once! We had some situations where the home we thought we had was then sold from underneath us and other sad encounters and yet Logan was amazing and by us the whole time! Shes some light, I'm a go getter and a little picky. Logan exceeded my expectations. I never felt like I needed to constantly ask for direction or status updates. He was always the one to be one step ahead. We lived out of state and working with him was the easiest and smoothest! He knew the area, knew what we were looking for and not looking for and I completely trusted his judgement. He did video walk through yours with us, gave us all the details and was amazing! Truly I would recommend him if you are ever in need of a real estate agent in MO! We were so happy with went with him and so grateful we were able to find us a home!

ZillowVERIFIED We are a military family, and could not have asked for better service from ReMax or Logan. Logan helped us navigated the greater area to help us pick a city, a neighborhood, and of course a home. He took the time to understand our wants and needs, but we never felt pressured to "buy now". Logan is invested in growing the local community, and always made sure we were getting not just a house, but a home. Most impressively, Logan and the ReMax team were able to do all of this for us remotely, while we were still in California, waiting for our next assignment.
