I have worked with Logan for years and I wouldn't pick different based on my experiences. He listens to the needs of his clients, advocates for them, sets clear understanding of the process and how/where to be competitive, and he REALLY cares about his clients' experience reaching a no regret decision. Very personal and professional. Logan has been a long time friend. He has represented me on multiple occasions. This sale had some hiccups with the first offer being irresponsible but we went back to the drawing board and weathered the storm together to find a win-win-win.
