Long closing process. He was very patient and communicative with lender and seller. I wish him total success in his career. The listing agent was more difficult and he handled unexpected obstacles without hesitation.

Traci understood exactly what we were looking for and led us straight to the perfect property. Since we were out of town, she handled everything for us. We couldnt have had a better experience!

Antonia really puts in the effort that?s required to be a great agent. She does not make excuses she gets things done! Working with multiple agents from a variety of markets, she really was on top of everything. She never made me doubt from start to finish and even if she was busy she found a way to keep the communication consistent and time efficient. I highly recommend her whether your a first time home buyer or investor she truly has the diversity to do it all.

Me and my husband have been searching for a home for 5 months and have met quite a few realtors in the process. We have to say, by far, that Traci LeVines is the true professional! We found a home that she had listed and scheduled an appointment to see it. We instantly felt very comfortable with her. She went above and beyond to try and find us a home. Our mortgage company uses their own realtor's for the purchase of our home but that didn't stop Traci. She continued to put our best interest first. Lockhart Walseth Team Realtors has the BEST in the business. We truly miss working with her!! She deserves 10 stars!!

She is knowledgeable, flexible, and patient! I had a lot of questions as a first time home buyer and limited time due to a crazy work schedule. I dont think I would have gotten to closing with my sanity intact without her help!

My husband and I were relocating from Boston to St. Petersburg. Finding a good agent to work with was extremely important to us, especially since we did not know a lot about the area. We found Lockhart online with great reviews and after our initial phone call with Antonia Rebrina, we knew we wanted to work with her. Right off the bat, she was educating us on the St. Pete market and the different neighborhoods and types of homes. When we arranged travel to Florida to start our search, she made sure to maximize our time. She made everything easy and enjoyable, and set up a really efficient schedule for us to see homes over a 2 day period. Antonia was so personable and we loved soaking up her knowledge of the city. Then, from making an offer to closing on our home, Antonia was our guiding light every step of the way. She was always so quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Antonia mitigated any potential stress so that I never had to worry about anything. Without a doubt, I would work with Antonia again for any real estate transactions and would recommend her to family, friends and strangers!
