If you're looking for a Realtor in Pinellas County Gulf Coast area or anywhere close to St Petersburg look no further. Tim Moyers as well as, the entire Lockhart team are true professionals.Our situation: My wife is a Doctor of Nursing and was being reassigned (during COVID) and we needed a fast sale and quick closing. Tim took the time to listen to and understand our wants and needs.Tim did not waste our time. He got right to work and in the first week had photography and aerial drone scheduled in two days. Tim conducted an open house weekend two days later. Needless to say, we had four offers at or above listing price by Sunday evening.Tim negotiated us a fantastic deal and then took over the entire process to closing. He took away the typical headaches that come with marketing a home. Tim put the process on cruise control. Simply Amazing. We closed in a lightning quick 16 days.Tim is a detail-oriented hands-on agent that provided a stress-free transaction from beginning to end. He communicated every aspect of the sale, answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. It couldn't have been any easier.Here is what you're not getting with Tim. You're not getting a part-timer that has another job. You're not getting a start-up inexperienced real estate agent.
