ZillowVERIFIED I have worked recently with Lloyd O'Dell for both the selling of my home and the purchase of a condo. I am impressed with the integrity and honesty of this man. He was incredibly responsive to calls for viewing perspective properties and to questions, as well as keeping me up to date on all aspects of the process. He is experienced and well versed on the local market and advised me on the timing of listing my home so that I would not "move twice". Pricing was set to attract a larger pool of buyers. When listed, I had 8 offers in a weekend, all higher than the list price. He communicated well with me, and with my lender, attended closing. He is enjoyable to work with and I highly recommend him.
