After consulting with two different real estate agents and immediately recognizing they were not in our best interest especially financially we were frustrated and just decided to take our needs elsewhere. Immediately we experienced an all new feeling that Lizanne Lautz was indeed the real estate expert for us. Lizanne exceeded our expectations completely. Lizanne kept us informed every step of our home buying process. She scheduled all paper signings and home inspectations to our convenience also. Lizanne was very detailed and adamant about placing us in the home of our dreams. We were pleased to find that in the end result our financial burden was quite a bit LESS than what we had discussed prior. I have heard stories of nightmarish home buying experiences, and from the brief experiences we had prior to meeting with Lizanne I was concerned that we were going down the same path. However, living in Pahrump we had to plan a visit. I checked her picture and she promptly got us information. Scheduled a walk thru in 2 weeks, a time we could drive there, and everything went so smoothly immediately. She had to work with Beverly Realty as they held the listing.
