I can not speak highly enough for Liza and her professionalism. She goes the extra mile to ensure that you are finding the right property based on your requirements and ensures that you are paying a fair price. She was with my wife and I throughout the entire process and constantly followed up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sale a house.

Liza helped my husband and I find a house when we relocated from North Carolina to Georgia, and we couldnt be happier! Liza is professional, friendly, and she provided constant communication with us on every aspect of our house search, including information on inspections and other services. Lizas knowledge of the Atlanta area is extensive, and after discussing all our must haves she found us a fantastic home that checks all the boxes. Leaving behind our life in North Carolina was difficult, but we can honestly say that Lizas help made the transition much smoother, and we cant recommend her enough.

Liza was an amazing real estate agent when she helped me to sell my home. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry was incredible as well as her professionalism to deal on my behalf in negotiations with prospective buyers. She truly values her clients and exceeded my expectations! I will refer her to all my family and friends.

Ive purchased nine homes and my experience with Liza Gandis and the Berkshire Hathaway team has to be the most positive experience Ive had. Liza listened to my needs and took the time to give me a tour of several key areas in Atlanta to make sure that I fully understood the different options ranging from large homes in the suburbs, old homes in town, and new construction. Once we landed on The Fourth Ward area, we visited several areas and I decided to purchase new construction. Liza was responsive throughout the process, communicated regularly, and was always on time. She followed-up with the builders agent to make sure everything remained on track for a smooth closing. Closing was today and we were in and out of there in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Liza for your real estate needs.
