ZillowVERIFIEDI couldn't recommend this agency highly enough. Liza DiMarco, the agent that handled the sale of our condo in Savannah, was a superb professional. The sale was delicate in that we had hoped the long-time tenant of the unit would decide to buy it so we would not have to evict him. Liza handled this situation with tact and skill. In visiting the unit to take pictures and to determine an appropriate asking price she established in excellent rapport with the tenant. This rapport paved the way for excellent communication among all parties concerned, resulting in a price $12,000 above what we were willing to accept from the tenant. From start to finish the sale took less than 6 weeks. This is due to Liza's diligence in keeping everyone informed, but also to the efficiency of her team, including the law firm, in processing the necessary paperwork. Being at the closing would necessitate a six hour drive from our home in Alabama. Consequently, we asked Liza to serve as our Power of Attorney, which she graciously agreed to do. In sum, I believe I speak for the buyer as well in saying the experience could not have been more pleasant. I recommend this agency, and Liza DiMarco in particular, without reservation.
