As a Disney World fan I wanted to be close to Disney World when we moved but really was not familiar with the area. I specified my price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and interest in Championsgate. Liz selected 9 homes to view. She not only met our requirements but added requirements we didnt think about. For example, the southern sun exposure for maximum sun and homes where there is a view but limited neighbors in the back of the house. We finally selected a house. Liz was instrumental in helping us select people to service our house. She recommended different insurance companies and strategies to get the best coverage. Liz Wilson goes the extra mile because she is thorough, knowledgeable, and tenacious in making sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend her.
