Liz helped me get it on the market, and after many months without an offer, she quickly found me two amazing renters when I decided to wait until the situation next door was cleared up. Once the house next door was leveled, Liz got right back on it, and found me a buyer willing to take on the tenant-occupied property lightning fast, and for a great price! Through the entire 4 year process, she was professional, diligent, honest, extremely responsive, and most importantly, always a positive and encouraging voice. I can't recommend her enough.
