As first time home buyers She got us in touch with the perfect mortgage company. When we finally got our credit score to where we needed it to be. She searched for our dream home high and low and she found it. She called us at 9pm one night and told us about a house that had just gone on the market. First thing the next morning she gave us a walk trough and we fell in love. She then walked us trough the process. I submitted an interest on the internet on a double lot in Yuma and she was the first realtor to respond with a personal text, instead of a robo text response. And I might add, it was on a Sunday evening! I really appreciated that, so I chose to work with her even though she wasn't the listing agent. She responded to all of my questions and concerns immediately. She also took care of an issue that was asked for in the counter offer, but got overlooked, so she stepped up and took care of it personally just so we would be happy. I think she went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing or selling real estate! I will be a return customer!
