We hit it off the first time we met and even though I told her I was probably a year from actually moving, she was more than willing to help. She sent me info on homes and when I saw something I thought I might be interested in, she did the research and let me know about the pros and cons. On several occasions, she went to the home on my behalf since I was still in New Jersey and would facetime me or provide info and her insights, which I really appreciated. Liz is knowledgeable and a wonderful person to work with. When I had doubts about a home or situation we would talk through the issues as well as get to what I was truly feeling, not just what I was thinking. Liz is very professional and really knows her marketplace. There was never any pressure. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been so fortunate to have Liz Hanes as my realtor! She has helped me with two major moves. The first was 2 years ago when I moved to Indianapolis from out of state. Liz researched a number of homes for me to rent. We went on several house hunting trips when I came into town. She helped me navigate the move to Indianapolis in many ways. My second move involved a lot more out of Liz. I had several areas I was interested in and, at first, I thought I would prefer a townhouse, condo, or patio home - lots of viewings, at a time when she knew I was likely investigating vs ready for immediate purchase. I ended up deciding I wanted a house, so we started a new search. We looked at a lot, with many on short notice as they were selling almost before they were listed! I had an accepted offer that ended up falling through after the inspection, so the process started over. She reassured me that we?d find just the right place, and she was right! The home I bought (and love!) was found, and had the initial inspection, before the covid lockdown. We did have to navigate through the oddness of covid during negotiations and closing. Liz handled all the necessary covid requirements and oddities like the pro that she is!! Liz was very helpful to me during the negotiation process (for both himes). I couldn?t be more blessed than to have had her as my realtor and, now, my friend. I absolutely give Liz a 5 star recommendation!

Our experience with Liz in selling our own home was equally great. At the outset, she thoroughly explained the entire process from getting comps to set a selling price all the way through to closing the sale. Her resource people that help with staging and photos are also very talented and know how to make a home look good to market it.
